My (cynical) working theory is that the White House knows that its "AI Framework" is basically a much worse version than the AI framework the Biden admin released, which caused the VC bros of Silicon Valley to go all MAGA. Keeping it private avoids the comparison.

Lee Kovarsky@kovarsky.bsky.social · 2d agoGiven that (1) one of my two primary fields (habeas) is notoriously complicated and (2) I often rely on generative AI as a search engine for both articles and cases, I can say rather unequivocally: At least w/r/t habeas, it cannot write a good law review article. It's confused about everything.

Hey interoperability nerds: I need a word for actors in distributed social media systems that provide content moderation services. Blockparty is an example. Bluesky labelers and algorithm providers are examples. Blacksky is an example because of its content rules (but having a PDS doesn't matter).
American lawmakers waste their time and constituents’ money on stupid things, including passing plainly unconstitutional laws, ALL the time. But this one seems particularly reprehensible.

But also, I don't understand WHY MN legislators wrote such a bad law...
