New day, new experiences, new thoughts. Hoping for some kind of adventure.
I’m finding it really hard to connect, go out alone like I did when I was younger and just meet people. A lot of it is anxiety, but also just the crowd here locally. However going solo is pretty much my only option. I very rarely get invited anywhere. Often when I do go out solo I feel invisible.
I want 4 day work weeks, free universal healthcare, and a livable wage to meet my basic needs!!

It’s amazing how quickly sometimes I can go from feeling like I have it together, to only then feel the weight of major depressive disorder creep back in. While it’s mostly me, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t allow what others say and do affect me so much. Even knowing it’s their own issues… sucks 😞
