Because there are at least 50 Karens per caller complaining about the extended hold times for 15 minutes before demanding to speak to a manager about it. Then they have to call back to resolve whatever the original issue was, but get distracted about the hold time again…it’s a vicious cycle.

The points Miller makes in his video are common from abusers. He recorded her. He calls her crazy. He says she was nice to him. He says she never went to a doctor. Anyone who is a survivor of DV has heard all of it.
