The new LinkedIn "Looks like AI Slop" menu option is really interesting because I would imagine the choice of wording was to differentiate "low quality slop" from some concept of "quality AI assisted content" to please both proponents and opponents of AI...BUT...

So the whole... "Hank Green is an AI addict" thing... people really should have listened to the knitters, honestly. People need to stop thinking any man who talks confidently and seems moderately informed about some general STEM stuff is a genius about everything.

Con prep... Gotta attach new wooden pins and restocked ones to the packaging. We do this all at home because we use custom card backings to fit compostable bags. Really happy with how the new Falin design came out!

Wow okay I preordered Daggerheart: Hope and Fear yesterday afternoon and they're dispatching it this morning!? It's not even out til the 25th of August! Critrole shop team, I'm a Warhammer player, you could have made me wait! 😂

Typically one of the minis I was most excited for from the new box proved one of the most tedious to paint. Happy to have a Land Speeder for my modern army, since they're such iconic and classic Space Marine vehicles.

So recently I came across somebody asking for advice to paint a pretty tricky freehand design of basically a pinup girl onto the armour plates of a large vehicle miniature, and they'd got stuck because they generated an illo with AI that was beyond their skill to copy...

Just got the new sticky notes I designed! People love the ghost washi, so now we have ghost-its! Plus these silly gothic 'Memo Mori" ones. Need to take some product pics and then we'll be ready to sell. Plus we got a restock on the ever popular "Decree" notes and Dungeon Washi.

Two pads of sticky notes, one decorated with a border of colourful pastel ghosts, the other is shaped like a tombstone with a rose laid at the bottom and reads "MEMO MORI".

Oh wow, Elon Musk is going to have Grok make a feature film that's a more "Historically Accurate" version of a mythological story by the end of the year. Totally believe that, Elon has never said he'll do something by a certain date and then pushed it back by years every time that date is reached.

I'm actually really looking forward to the Daggerheart expansion (Hope and Fear). Playing a campaign last year, we got disillusioned towards the end due to a lack of tier 3+4 enemies and environments (and they seemed under-tested), but now we're playing D&D, we miss Daggerheart! 😅

The Delicious in Dungeon stickers and pins have been consistently popular on our online shop and at events, so I've drawn up an Izustumi and Falin to add to the mix. I'll have them up online soon, and we'll have them at upcoming events like MCM Birmingham and Thought Bubble!

I'm focusing on the characters in the Space Marine half of the new box because I already have a fair few troops to slot them into (serving suggestion!). Really happy with how the Librarian looks with those Hellblasters in particular! Go pink squad! 😆

I always like when get to a point where multiple minis of different types are painted and you get the effect of a cohesive little team. I don't always enjoy the grind and repetition of batch painting, but I love the visual impact of a fully painted army, especially once it's on the table

A Wartrakk, Warboss, Bannernob and 10 gretchin from the Warhammer 40,000 Armageddon box, all painted in Blood Axes colours.

The Chaplain (AKA. The Air Friar) is one of the big stars of the new box. I wanted to incorporate plenty of white to match the rest of my Sons of the Phoenix army, so went with it on the weapons, which I think looks cool.

Started watching Witch Hat Atelier. It's really good! I'm definitely enjoying this little trend of fantasy manga and anime that are about just exciting adventures in beautiful fantasy worlds with little to no creepy "ecchi" stuff.

The Farage v Binface thing is so interesting because usually Reform are the ones who get to use the, "hehe! Just trolling! U mad bro? Triggered!?" tech and be seen as "the chill guys" by people who think the political establishment is self-serious and preachy, which can't work against a joke chara.
