Point taken Andrew, but my study of the Hansard from 2024 onwards is a clear record of how Winston Peters, far more than any other MP, is responsible for the decline in the standards of the House, which ironically he so often decries. The Speaker appears to be complicit in enabling this. #nzpol

I'm trying to remember the name of the mp who had been done for stealing the identity of a dead baby earlier in his life. Maybe early 2000s? And was he a NZF mp?
Mine are in piles around the place because I do not own a bookcase. The main pile is where a bookcase would be and is roughly grouped in fiction/non fiction. Then there is a coffee table pile and a beside the bed pile.

There are few things as awful as watching a friend in ongoing mental crisis, repeatedly reaching out for help to the health system and being turned away. Being told to self medicate to prevent them harming themselves. Repeatedly. I wish I knew someone to put them onto.
