Bluesky is not a 'post-war modernism' bubble, it's just one of increasingly few public spaces where neo-Victorian urbanism gets called out, and if that makes you uncomfortable, you need to think about that

Bluesky is not a "Crossroads bubble". It's just one of increasingly few public spaces where Coronation Street fans get called out, and if that makes you uncomfortable, you need to think about that.

Just wondering who’ll be first out of the blocks tomorrow with a ‘Vile Bluesky lefties shame Britain with cruel glee over death of humorous fwend uwu smol bean Rod Liddle’ and guessing probably… Alison Pearson

News of the death of Rod Liddle reminds us all that we need to empty the cat litter tray when we get home, because it's starting to smell quite bad because of all the shit and piss in there, so much shit and piss

I’m sure the Royal Navy, who can hardly muster a boat at all at the moment for actual defence, would happily drop all that stuff in favour of breaking international humanitarian and maritime law in home waters to help blathering racist idiots look all brave and tough news.sky.com/story/politi...

Politics latest: Reform pledges to use navy to stop small boats in Channel

Reform UK says a Nigel Farage-led government would send the Royal Navy into the Channel to intercept all migrant boats - and is accused by Labour of "reheating" old proposals. Follow the latest.

Hello I have made this due to a mutual having issues with some folks on here forgetting this fact and shouting at him for it. Feel free to use it as a handy PSA x

A crappy photoshop paint image with a red star on blue, in comic sans is the message 'some people on the internet aren't American'

Went to see The Odyssey. Punishingly boring, punishingly worthy, punishingly loud and punishingly long. One of the worst cinema experiences of my entire life. I don’t know what film all you others went to see, but that was *shit* #review

I suspect that whether or not Lowe actually would do any of this given the opportunity is moot, because his highest priority is sticking it to Nigel Farage for snubbing him in 2024. He will implode the entire right wing to ruin that man, will scorch the Earth entire. Spite is an incredible motivator

Rupert Lowe pitches a deal from Restore to Farage's Reform. His conditions are full adoption of Restore's policies on mass deportations" including "millions must go" slogan on legal migrants + his policies on Islam + a referendum on death penalty + the ditching of Rupert Jenrick & Suella Braverman

Yes lockdown was really tough for kids. Lots of those kids are teenagers now so maybe as a thank you our establishments could stop deliberately making even more things worse for them due to a weird systemic hatred of our own youth

It forever needs pointing out that the main political purpose of a large centre-right party is to keep the fascists penned in. At this rate Labour could well win the next election, but who will they be opposing in the election after that? I hope someone’s thinking about this at a higher level today
