To have a “leftist” cis het male, who’s able bodied tell a disabled basically give up on aid until programs and disability come through - including shelter. To basically live on the streets with “proper spray”, or give my body safety is not OK. “It’s not going well” - not an excuse.

As a disabled femme I’m also more susceptible to sexual violence and abuse. This isn’t exaggeration: look at the statistics. To tell me to “shack up” for safety and housing? Put me at risk of even more abuse. I’ve already suffered. I just got out of an abusive household. This is dangerous “advice”
