Today we CELEBRATE!!! "Marvel: What If... The Multiverse Was Doomed" is out in the world! All of your support, preorders, check-ins, promo assists, nudges to hit the gym, hydration/sleep reminders...means everything. I'm deeply blessed with such a caring village.

ONE WEEK before we release! Sooo much I want to cartwheel about (like all these cameos) BUT trying not to spoil my own novel like I was Tom Holland 😂 Share with a reader who needs their Marvel fix before Avengers: Doomsday ⏳

Difficult post, but past time to rip the band aid off. FIYAH is going on hiatus indefinitely, with issue #40 currently set to be our last for the time being. The mag cannot continue running at a loss, and needs time to reassess operations from top to bottom if a viable path forward is to be created.

Decades ago I dreamed of my work appearing beside some of the best to ever do it. Never did I imagine *assembling* such a collection of authors. "Forged in FIYAH" is coming. Get that preorder in today if you love to see Black authors thriving and putting out phenomenal work 🔥🔥🔥

It’s been six months since the publication of PSYCHOPOMP & CIRCUMSTANCE! This Southern Gothic historical fic novella chronicling coming of age, putting duty to the dead before the constraints of living family, and the strange, yet beautiful magic of funeral rituals has had a wonderful reception.

A beige background with yellow-greige flowers draping the upper right and left corners. In the middle is the cover of PSYCHOPOMP & CIRCUMSTANCE: A sepia-tone profile of a young Black woman against floral wallpaper, a gentle smile on her face, reminiscent of 1850s ambrotype photography. She is wearing a high-necked collar, andher coily hair is upswept to reveal dangling skull earrings. A skeletal hand rests on her shoulder.

Text reads: PSYCHOPOMP & CIRCUMSTANCE EDEN ROYCE
"A deeply loving exploration of grief, loss, and the righting of past wrongs."—Moniquill Blackgoose, author of To Shape a Dragon's Breath
