Ugh, I just watched a Musk interview and what he's saying about a zero-cost society is kind of spot on. After feasting off Drexler and similar futurist authors for decades I do believe technology will bring us there. I fear Musk and other billionaires tainting those ideas by just talking about it.

I'm late on my quarterly ERP rant, so here it is... For the love of god someone please disrupt the *whole* ERP industry. It's ripe for change. Don't make me spend the next few years of my life tackling this problem, it doesn't look fun :p
Last weekend I got to see one of my favourite bands during their 20th anniversary tour. Any Canadian millennial likely knows the words to their albums. What a fantastic show @billytalent.com!
Heading back to Toronto from spending a weekend in #Halifax (Nova Scotia) at a tournament. Makes you realise how amazing other parts of Canada are. The food, the people, the weather. Thanks for a beautiful weekend. I’ll be back soon! I’ve neglected the Maritimes.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed with Americans. It’s turning into a much deeper harder feeling to shake. We’re suffering from wildfires and they’re turning to politics. When the US was down on its luck with California fires and 9/11 we helped. We are down and they’re kicking us.
So Canadian tax payers have to eat billions of the cost and risk but give 50% to the US just…because? Then they call us “allies” while basically extorting the situation. What amazing allies we have.
Detroit News says US is getting half the toll revenue, that wasn't supposed to happen until after Canada's costs were repaid www.detroitnews.com/story/news/p...
What gives me the credentials to support fixing this manufacturing operation? Thousands of hours of #Factorio. 😆
Are there any full-stack developers based in Toronto (or Ontario) looking for an intermediate to senior developer position? If so reach out. DM me! Please do not message if you outside of Ontario.
Wait...what? "Point form" is a Canadian noun? That blows my mind haha. www.ctvnews.ca/lifestyle/ar...

What the actual fuck did they do to this Animal Farm remake. This looks atrocious. Orwell would be horrified. I suppose I should hold my opinion if I ever actually see it, but this looks like butchery already. youtu.be/NN6J7l6ulYk?...

About once a year I rant about the state of ERP platforms. I'm due for one so here it is. The ERP industry has to be the most deficient niche I've seen in the software industry. Every project seems to be death by a thousand cuts due to legacy/deficient software and horribly archaic process.
