Republicans are constantly getting busted for abusing children because they believe in it, ideologically. Their electorate votes for child abuse, their legislation enables child abuse, their electeds commit and flaunt their child abuse. Child abuse is as central to the right as tax cuts and racism.

Earlier this week, I agreed to interviews with two USA Today journalists. They wrote fantastic articles about the Cornell case that I'm proud to have been a part of. What I did not know is that their employer considers interviews to proprietary and opens up recordings to be used by any journalist.

Those nominees — Daniel Domenico (10th Circuit), Anna St. John (5th Circuit), & Gregory Cook (N.D. Alabama) — will have to wait for votes until after the midterms.
