When the NEA asked us to promise not to publish trans, nonbinary, or gender fluid authors, we told them to kick rocks. (Actually, formally, with a unanimous vote by the Board of Directors, we told them to kick rocks.) So the NEA rescinded our funding.

As someone who likely doesn't have the logistical grit and skillset to be a proper TO, it's so cool to see events being built around the concept of catering to a particular playerbase in the wake of COVID's irreparable damage to regionals and smaller events
