Both "interactive movie" were released in 1996, at the height of the trend for in-game live-action sequences. Klingon's FMV scenes were directed by Jonathan Frakes, who also directed First Contact in the same year. Both stories were written by Hilary Bader (1952–2002), who wrote three TNG episodes.

Gods this was a fun recording - Dark City has always been a film I'm immensley fond of, and George Daniel Lea was an excellent guest whose own enthusiasm for this oft-overlooked gem was great to bounce off.
