Without having to make any concessions. Last time I checked, negotiations were a give and take. DementiaDon doesn’t understand that. Like a 2 year old he wants what he wants when he wants it & damn anyone who tells him no.
One thing that gets overlooked is Trump saying from the start that he’d use “economic force” against Canada. He may say it less now, but his actions suggest the goal hasn’t changed. He wants Canada’s wealth and resources.
