Which fun fact but this is also an early Integrity Toys doll! I believe Mikelman also worked with other manufacturers too but many of his dolls were produced by IT, very different from what they're doing these days!

His 'Candi' doll line is much more prolific but there was a period of time when his girl was named Charisse. One of the more obscure dolls in my collection is Rosa from a 2007 Canadian doll line called Mixis by YNU. The brand was focused on presenting characters of mixed ethnic backgrounds you don't often see in toys. Rosa is Jewish Latina. #dollcollection #dollcollecting #YNUmixis
