Half an hour with the new tone pro paints in my lunch break - they still need two thin coats but are very smooth and don't need thinning which is neat. I really liked the shading medium too, I think that's gonna be the real game changer

My Necrons took on my friend's beautifully painted Orks tonight, a close loss (81-90). His stompa tore through a lot of my army but once the void dragon came in it was destroyed and my doomstalkers made quick work of Ghaz + friends, but by then the lead was too great to catch up
I hate playing with unpainted models, and while unfortunately I will still be bringing three wraiths (and two un-updated doomstalkers) to my game tonight, they will at least be led by a painted character now!
