debbshock@debbshock.blue · 5d agoMy husband is currently on the phone with his 80-something year-old trying to walk them through how to use a QR code. Anyhoo, can't help but wonder what the equivalent will be for our kids in a couple of decades.
As someone who spends a *lot* of time thinking about outcomes based contracting: this was entirely avoidable. The state could have established a maximum payout (that it could afford) upfront. Part of the point of OBC is to build trust between parties by holding up your end of the bargain.
