reading the book of the new sun to figure out why ppl who have already read the book of the new sun assume you've also read the book of the new sun is such a. OK not a universal human experience at all, but feels like it at times

epilepsy reddit is p informative in telling you what epileptics find annoying abt their affliction. otoh brain cancer reddit is mostly: yeah my child is dead too : ( understandably going into no detail at all re: the mechanics of this. very unfortunate all around
I have an email I've been meaning to answer since November last year. for a while I hoped the email sender would get back to me & like gently nudge me. since then the thought of answering the email 1, 2, 4 months late has become more & more embarrassing. prob too late now but I think abt it daily

always bums me out we don't get elephants in sweden. last mammoths went extinct like 4000 years ago, within recorded history. on an island somewhere. we could be having horrible sami vs swede political fights over mammoth grazing rights, their impact on rail traffic etc
