New START is set to expire in February. Its end will leave the world without a treaty limiting U.S. and Russian strategic nuclear weapons. Pleased to see this new fact sheet from @deepcutsproject.bsky.social that lays out some steps to help avoid dangerous arms buildups even absent a new treaty.
