It’s dawned on me that getting my left elbow tattooed on the weekend was the last of the major/useable space gaps on my arms. It’s been 5 years of trying, but I’m actually feeling close to my arms being finished. What a feeling!

Had an idea for a video for the band. Thought it might be quick and easy. I started at 10pm it's now 1.15am. I've done 14 seconds.
When I was younger, the loss of hero like Lou Koller from Sick of it All would have felt awful because of the impact he made on our community. I shared a stage with him once and it's a core memory for me. Now in my 40s all I can think about is the gap he will leave in his family and friends lives.
