With every victory we continue building the movement to get $ out of politics, more $ in the pockets of working people, and medicare for all. Excited to have Rashida back and for the growing team of progressive fighters in Congress with Donavan. Now let’s make sure Abdul & Will join us in November!

Congratulations to @abdulelsayed.bsky.social and your team on a momentous victory. Over $60 million in unprecedented dark money spending could not defeat an agenda that unapologetically centers the needs of working people. Onwards!

Money out of politics. Money in your pocket. Medicare for All. Michigan... We won. I am so proud to be your Democratic nominee for US Senate. Let's win in November.

Today 103 Democrats voted to end military aid to Israel. More Democrats than ever before. But our fight is not over. As long as Israel uses US supplied funding and weapons to commit war crimes against the Palestinian people, we will fight back. Block the bombs NOW.

From Chicago to Texas, Maine, and Florida, its clear that ICE and DHS can’t be reformed. We need to abolish ICE and dismantle DHS. We can take immediate action on this by passing my Melt ICE Act.

Corporate spending on elections has already topped $500 million this year. That's one third of the $1.58 billion in total that corporations have spent since Citizens United in 2010. Hawaii and Montana both have plans to neutralize this disastrous SCOTUS ruling. Other states must get on board.

We need more leaders in congress that are going to stand up to the billionaires, hold this administration accountable and defend ALL communities against authoritative policies—and in Michigan, Will Lawrence is that leader. I’m excited to support Will to become the next congressperson in Michigan 7th

We are building progressive power across the nation. From California and Colorado, to New Jersey and New York, we are celebrating the victories of pro peace candidates who will fight for working people. I'm excited to welcome and work with a growing and powerful block of progressives in Congress.

🇵🇷What an amazing celebration of community, culture, and Boricua pride this weekend at the 48th Annual Puerto Rican People’s Parade. It’s an honor for me to walk alongside my Puerto Rican brothers and sisters and to join the fight for Puerto Rico’s self-determination and sovereignty.

The people of New Jersey's 12th congressional district have spoken - Dr. Adam Hamawy is ready to fight for working people in Washington. I'm excited to welcome another progressive champion and partner in Congress!

In this moment, Tennessee Rep. @justinjpearson.bsky.social looks to Fannie Lou Hamer, Medgar Evers, MLK Jr — "What they carried in their heart was that this country could be different…I am an inheritor of that legacy. And I have a responsibility to…fight for the kids whose names I will never know."

BREAKING—Tennessee Republicans have voted to draw new maps that will *eliminate* the state's only Black-majority district & the only seat held by a Democrat. @justinjpearson.bsky.social: "As long as we never quit, they cannot win. We may lose some battles along the way, but this war is a long one."

Trump and his cronies in Congress have violated our privacy, endangered our networks, and weakened our critical infrastructure. As the new top Dem in the Cybersecurity subcommittee, I’m stepping in to bring oversight, hold them accountable, and protect our privacy and security.

Clip from Cyberscoop with photo of Congresswoman Delia Ramirez that reads: Rep. Delia Ramirez takes over as top House cybersecurity Dem. She replaces Rep. Eric Swalwell following his resignation, giving her the position of ranking member of the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection.Screenshot of text from Cyberscoop article with quote from Delia Ramirez: "Under a Musk and Trump presidency, it's clear that the security of Americans' information is not a priority. I mean, a private civilian with no security clearance bullied his way into the Treasury, set up private servers, and stole sensitive information from an agency. If that isn't a national security crisis, a cybersecurity crisis -then I don't know what is," Ramirez said at an early 2025 hearing. "The true threat to our homeland security is 'fElon' Musk, Trump, and their blatant misuse of power to steal information and coerce employees to leave agencies."Screenshot with text from Cyberscoop article that reads: “It's clear that the security of our
communities' information, federal networks, and critical infrastructure have not been priorities" under them, she said. "Between the security failures of DOGE, the abuses of immigrant families' data, and the decimation of CISA's workforce and resources,
Republicans have demonstrated a lack of interest in safeguarding our nation's cybersecurity and our residents' civil rights and privacy. In neglecting necessary oversight, Republicans have deregulated emerging technologies, allowed bad actors to profit from violations of our civil rights, and consented to the weaponization of government systems. It is more critical than ever that we assert our Congressional authority and disrupt the blatant corruption making us all less safe."

When I meet families at the door, I hear over and over again how working families are struggling. We must address the affordability crisis! We can start by ensuring a living wage for every worker in every industry.

Had a great day with Alderperson Fuentes and Commissioner Vásquez talking to so many of our neighbors about the importance of electing Jason Dónes to the Chicago Board of Education this November. We need Jason on the Board as someone backed by community and ultimately accountable to our community.

It was an honor to be part of Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal’s 10th annual Build Our America. I remain inspired by the people in the room. Together, we are building a diverse coalition to resist the rise of authoritarianism and fight for the policies working people need to thrive.
