NEW: In a loss for the GOP, Kansas voters rejected a constitutional amendment aimed at reshaping the state’s Supreme Court. This measure was part of a broader scheme to undo abortion rights in Kansas, where the state Supreme Court has repeatedly preserved abortion access.

Thank you, MICHIGAN! I'm so proud to be your Democratic nominee for Governor of Michigan. I'm ready to fight for your future — costs down, wages up, rights protected, and a government that works for all of us.

Trump refused to sign a bipartisan bill to build more housing. Why? Because there was nothing in it for him. No Trump Tower. No ballroom. No gold-plated anything with his name. But the new housing law will lower costs—even without Trump’s signature.

NEW: Abdul El-Sayed has won the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Michigan! Together, we will keep this seat blue and send Abdul to the Senate.

A photo of Abdul El-Sayed, with text that reads: "Midterm news: Abdul El-Sayed wins Michigan Democratic primary for U.S. Senate."

UNEARTHED AUDIO: Todd Blanche, Trump's nominee for Attorney General, is working to ban abortion in "every single state." Republicans in the Senate just voted to advance Blanche's nomination out of committee.

Donald Trump’s tariff refund for mega-corporations: Amazon: $600 million Apple: $2.2 billion Walmart: $2.4 billion His tariff refund for working Americans: $0. Once again, Trump is putting corporations and billionaires over working families.

Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee just voted to advance Todd Blanche’s nomination as Attorney General. Todd Blanche led the Trump administration’s Epstein files cover-up. Instead of holding him accountable, they’re giving him a promotion. Shame on them.

A graphic with text that reads: "Todd Blanche led the Epstein files cover-up. These Republicans just voted to promote him." Below are the names, photos, and states of Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee who voted to advance Blanche's nomination: Chuck Grassley, John Cornyn, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Thom Tillis, John Kennedy, Marsha Blackburn, Eric Schmitt, Katie Britt, Ashley Moody, and Darline Graham.

Q: You’ve been Republicans for most of your voting lives. Who’s voting for James Talarico? Republican moms: *all raise their hands* “I like him. I want a middle school teacher who’s like, hey, this is broken. Somebody needs to fix it. Why not me?”

HUGE: Under Mayor Mamdani, New York City just recorded its safest first 7 months of a year in history—and its safest July ever. In July: Major crime dropped 13% Murder dropped 32% Robberies dropped 15% Vehicle thefts dropped 25% Democratic mayors are putting public safety first.

SHAMEFUL: The Trump administration is planning to overhaul Head Start by removing education quality standards and requiring additional paperwork for the families who need support the most. Donald Trump is taking away education from preschoolers.

HUGE: On January 1, 2027, California’s minimum wage will increase to $17.40 per hour. Thanks to Governor Newsom’s leadership, California is putting workers first.

Last year, Trump made over $2 billion dollars, more money than he has made in his entire life. Trump screws over Americans so he can get richer.

HUGE: Under Governor Wes Moore’s leadership, Maryland is seeing nearly double the job growth of the rest of the country in 2026. Democratic governors are delivering for working families.

Trump would rather withdraw Blanche's nomination than give up his slush fund for Jan 6 rioters & his sweetheart immunity deal that prevents anyone from scrutinizing his, his family's, or his businesses' taxes. Tells you what this nomination was really about: protecting Trump.

Trump threatens to pull Todd Blanche’s nomination rather than give up provisions shielding him from IRS audits and giving away billions in taxpayer funds to insurrectionists and fraudsters

Since last year, the Trump administration has protected the powerful instead of pursuing the truth in the Epstein files. The investigation doesn't end because they refuse to do their jobs. We will continue pursuing accountability and justice for the survivors.
