My therapist tasked me with homework for our next session, i’m supposed to write or (ideally) illustrate my being as an artist and it really is proving to be difficult because i honestly have no idea 🧍 i think i’ve struggled with that for like 15-20 years????
neurologist basically said it was too early to discuss any neurodivergence and wants me to have more therapy sessions with my psychologist to have better grounds to work since there's also a lot of trauma going on, and that's fair, but i'm lowkey feeling frustrated anyway _(:3」∠)_
