I've made a number of mistakes—many of them stupid—in my career as a lawyer, but I've never missed a court deadline. It's hammered into you that you should just file SOMETHING approaching compliance with the order if you can't file exactly what the court is asking for. Judges hate being ignored.

I remember Chamath saying he supported Trump because Trump would always answer his phone calls, and Kamala blew him off. He was a large Democratic donor until about 2020 and, in 2013, founded a lobbying group that advocates for immigrants.

The notion that people in major metros like SF or NYC are living in “bubbles” was always ridiculous. I can hear 4-5 languages in a day. One neighbor wears a burka and another is Israeli. FFS the bubbles are small towns with 2 churches where everyone has the same white great great grandparents.
"Liberal bubble" has only ever meant anywhere where right wing perspectives aren't artificially elevated and forced into everyone's feeds.
Let me explain how Ron Johnson, an impossibly dense uneducated idiot, could have gotten elected in a wealthy, highly educated, historically liberal state like Wisconsin:
