While the Staff Guardian is an ancient construct designated to protect a single room, the Facility Sentinel is a massive security core responsible for guarding the entire complex. Expect to fight both in the upcoming #KatFS demo! 🔥 #indiegame #indiedev #gamedev

The staff guardian is a floating spherical "head" with a single eye, not much larger than Kalia herself, surrounded by floating rings that break up and cross each other.

The Facility Sentinel is a massive construct, composed of a huge floating spherical core protected by a ring base and a crown hovering over it, with this component being almost as large as the entirety of the Staff Guardian. It is also surrounded by three huge floating "arms" that tower over Kalia.

Fun fact: #KatFS development started during the pandemic, so the first picture is actually from the very first prototype! Art style has kept consistent but evolved significantly I'd say! 😁

A cartoony Micron ink pen drawing of my character Vexie VaVroom the stylish robot: she sports bright white silicon 'skin', horns, two antennae, and vent-like ears on her head, a long holographic hairdo that can display all sorts of patterns (here it has dots), and in lieu of legs moves around on treads. She wears her usual ensemble; a long sleeved top with houndstooth trim cuffs and wavy cut on the bottom edge, a long skirt with a patterned rectangle design reminiscent of mod fashion, silver chain necklaces, and dramatic oblong silver hoop earrings with sprocket-like sawtooth outer edges and heart charms on the inside. Here we see Vexie in the middle of a strut: we see her from the side as she trundles to the right, dynamically leaning back as she does so, head turned to us with a confident and dainty closed-eyes smile, arms relaxed and swaying back and forth. The linework is sharp yet loose and somewhat angular; I tried to capture the dynamism of her gait.

A second Micron pen cartoon of Vexie - she wears the same outfit as the previous drawing, and she is rendered in lines that are slightly bolder and a bit more softer edged. This time, Vexie stands straight upright, her pose pointed forward and slightly rightward, and appears to be surprised or having a eureka moment. Her mouth looks as if she's saying "Oh!", the pattern on her holo-hairdo is of lightbulbs, and above her is a speech bubble with one big exclamation point. Just what has her so caught off-guard or inspired isn't seen or certain.

I have been informed that it has been 10 years since I got my first art tablet, thus 10 years since some of my earliest drawings of my persona O.O SO! IT WAS HIGH TIME TO REDRAW AN OLD ONE WITH MY CURRENT DESIGN AND SKILLS

The left one is far more crude with rough anatomy and depth, and sharper, more narrow features. She retains more from the original costume in LittleBigPlanet, featuring a recoloured outfit from Gravity Rush's Kat and long, merely wavy hair, remaining very consistent with the original Ariel Hair of the costume.

The right one is far more refined with a strong sense of anatomy and depth, while still remaining stylised with chibi proportions. Notably, the outfit is now entirely unique to the design and the hair is densely curly, cut at shoulder length, more closely mirroring my hair in real life.
