This has been studied quite a bit, the solar panels create a sort of greenhouse effect for the plants underneath them while also generating energy which feels like it should be cheating but is real and literally only has upsides.

The Facility Sentinel is a massive construct, composed of a huge floating spherical core protected by a ring base and a crown hovering over it, with this component being almost as large as the entirety of the Staff Guardian. It is also surrounded by three huge floating "arms" that tower over Kalia.
