What Moreno in fact said was that a staffer signed him up as a prank - using Moreno's private email address. The staffer took the fall.

El-Sayed seems a fair talent. There remains a significant anti-Muslim faction. Stevens walking head first into Israel didn’t help her. The polls are screwed, but I would imagine a portion of her votes were tactical. Tight or not, the move against regular Democrats cannot be ignored.
Arraez was very happy after last night's game. He said it was better to be on the right end of Phillies fans. He was touched by the ovation; he said he wanted to give it right back to the fans and show the players who he is. And he doesn't care where he bats. "Put me in ninth. I don't care."

From anyone else I wouldn’t take it, but Kruk lived with Gwynn in the minor leagues. They were close friends, and he credits his lifetime .300 average from having watched Gwynn closely. Gwynn is Gwynn. Kruk is talking about the mind, approach.

Anniversary of Ryan vs. Ventura. I think it's appropriate to frame as a boxing match. You have to remember that by '93 Ryan was an excellent control pitcher. He still had the heat but he cut his walks by a lot. Generally he put the ball where he wanted. This included coming inside.
Regarding our statement that the next six years are the "final" chance to outrun the far right before someone smarter takes hold. Nothing is final, but the first politician who spends money and acknowledges that government can help people will set the tone for a generation or more. The cultural -

As a northern Illinois resident, I don't have a high opinion of Wisconsin at all; I'm telling you, Bryant's has the goods.
If you've been in the service you know that abroad a restaurant is often the front room of someone's house. The grandmother cooks; you're a guest of the family. Three Brothers in Milwaukee feels like that. The building is a beautiful old Schlitz tied house that the family has tended since the 50s.

My friend was entertaining guests from out of town, special occasion. I had a Little Giuseppe. Others ordered by mood. Conversation flowed, memories were made.
St. Louis is dumping salaries ahead of free agency. Nootbaar is a good, versatile roleplayer. I like how much he walks. In May and Romero the Brewers needed bullpen help, and they got it.

Two elections, three justices on the Court and so forth. But it has failed because it didn't consolidate power. It's purely their fault. Had they spent money and not tried to blow up the government they could've had 20-30 years. The sentiments and factions it harnessed still exist. Therefore -

Hill has been around the block. He's a nice fellow. He plainly likes playing for the Phillies and it seems like they coach him well. I'm happy for him. He seems determined to make the most of what time he has.

You are better with Arraez no matter who you are. A guy who never strikes out makes a lot of sense around a bunch of strikeout-heavy sluggers. But now you're better in right, worse at first and second, a question at third, and have a big hole at short. Raley doesn't impress me. I don't know -

I have heard Milwaukee made Skubal a highly respectable offer. I think it comes down to him wanting to play there and knowing the Dodgers will pay him next year.

I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.
Cashman at this point acts like an emeritus professor who lost his marbles years ago but still insists on going to campus.

Calling Talarico a sissy and so forth never made sense, because it turns out the people Paxton already has. The concern is the middle class, and he looks and acts like a school principal or young pastor, that sort of thing.
The movement is already breaking into pieces. Murdoch can make sure it breaks faster.
