I guess what I keep coming back to is just. Combat Evolved still exists. You can play it right now. What's the point of re-making a game in the modern day if not to make it. Modern?

Learning ECS has been fun so far. It's like. Made engines click. The road to making my own Game Engine gets clearer every day
With any luck I'll be going into Computer Science at College this winter. If all goes well, my game development capabilites will be much better off than right now. Currently still trying to work on it, but perhaps I will even be able to call myself an honest to god Game Developer!

I'm a writer and musician. Both things suck in many ways and can feel like bashing your head against the wall. But the moments when you are writing and it is just flowing out of you, or someone comes up with a part and a song just forms itself as if by magic? That's the point. AI can't give you that
I have many thoughts on Skeletá. Too many to share here. Bland and Generic? Fuck no. Don't get why I keep hearing that. Weird as hell? New territory for Ghost? Absolutely. Still mulling it over, but I think it gets an 8/10 from me
I think smart phones + the general boom of "smart" technology is just. Diminishing returns at this point. Between Ghost's policy with the new shows and Eddy Burback's recent video, it's feeling like a good idea to disconnect more.
I cannot express how badly I want the Skeletour to come to Vancouver. It's been 6 years since I've gotten to see Ghost and I've been aching to see them again #ghost #thebandghost
If you enjoy the Halo show that's great. I just think Halo fans deserve better.
