Don't go on the moors! Not even once! ESPECIALLY not when the moon is full. Listen to our latest episode wherever you podcast or check us out at: www.glitterjaw.com/fear-coded
Movie recommendation for tonight, Underwater Kristen Stewart stars in this sci-fi/horror set in an underwater mining facility, and that's all I'm going to say about it because I just watched this one night without knowing a thing about it, which was definitely the ideal viewing circumstance!
Wait, hold on. So the Friday the 13th remake - the underground bits. Is that pulling from House of 1000 Corpses, with that underground scene? Heard it really pulls from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, but haven't seen that yet.

Okay, f🔪k talking about discourse or whatever. What's the worst game to make into a Strip version? Strip Risk is currently top of that list.

#nowwatching Friday the 13th (1980) for #31DaysofHalloweeen Let's return to the classics. A brutal killer stalks camp councilors trying to reopen Camp Crystal Lake. But that's what you get for trying to open Camp Blood. After all, "Its got a death curse!" #horrorsky #moviesky #filmsky
Sugar Hill (1974) directed by Paul Maslansky starring Marki Bey, Robert Quarry and Don Pedro Colley.
I regret to inform you that they're making a Nikki Funko Pop.
This is the cultivated peak of where captial and 'horror movies as art' clash. Worse than popcorn buckets, we deprive symbols of meaning to make them more consumable. Not a new phenomenon, but this is so blatant. A faster system than soulless remakes to monopolize on success. Grim.

Miss Machete, Pumpkin Spice Cannibal@miss-machete.bsky.social · 2d agoDay 15 (catching up): The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) #31DaysofHalloween #nowwatching We're feeling under the weather so we're going to do a comfort watch. Uh, don't read into this. But an American classic, Tobe Hooper's masterpiece. Off putting, creepy, weird, gross. Hell yeah.
It's that one boss from Aria of Sorrow. Y'all Castlevania Heads know her right?

Fallen rules. Sympathy for the Devil as outro music is great, the best Stones song. Also, I thought of this movie during COVID with social distancing lol. Cant be possessed if they can't touch you.

The Last Man on Earth (1964) Directed by Ubaldo Ragona and Sidney Salkow stars Vincent Price and Franca Bettoia. The first of three adaptations of Richards Matheson's 1954 novel I Am Legend followed by The Omega Man (1971) and I Am Legend (2007).
#NowWatching: U.S. Marshals (1998) Been a while since I've seen this, and I know I'm going to give it a low score, but I need to watch it again to figure out how low. Bad, inessential movie! But I've just got to crush some #movies to log on #ReelRank, so here goes 😤 #FilmSky 🎥 #MovieSky 🎞️
Was cool as hell. Made me nostalgic for the suspension shows that used to come through town. But who doesn't love a little carnage and carnival?
