I think if Twitter/Bluesky bifurcation has accomplished anything for the world it’s been breaking the illusion that whatever is trending on some app represents anything other than the dynamics of that specific app.

It's up to you to decide whether to try to convince others that your concerns and beliefs are worth adopting. Showing up doesn't mean you'll win, but not showing up means you'll be fringe. There are no awards handed out for telling the world you're exhausted that most people disagree with you
