The reason Harry Potter Adults are so bad is because for a long time there were totally normal Harry Potter Adults who did things like use their fandom to raise money for charity but then Joanne went absolute horses and all the normal adults ditched the fandom so the only ones left are total ghouls.

Spiderman was pretty good, but very late stage MCU

I have infinity thoughts on the new Avatar movie, but overall it was a good time. Much more of a classic anime movie "same great taste but on the big screen" vibe.

Spider-Noir was surprisingly good. Despite being a spinoff of a comic relief side character, it’s a shockingly straight forward, solid noir story but with super powers, which turned out great. Nick Cage is the only one playing it remotely silly, but even he still feels like he fits into the world.

Idea: Guy who can identify any make and model of car at a glance but cannot differentiate animals. Refers to all animals as “an animal” plus vague descriptions of the size and color.

Kinda sucks that people aren’t hyping up the Tom Holland double header of Odyssey and Spiderman. Is it cause there’s no cute name? Cause I’ll be honest, I tried to come up with one myself and gave up, so I get it.

One time we were eating ice cream from a machine that blends up frozen bananas. And I was like “wow it even still has that tingly sensation you get from a regular banana” and everyone looked at me like I was crazy. I do still eat bananas regularly fwiw

This is one of my favorite arguments to have. For me: Math is blue Science is green Social studies is red English is yellow PE or other such things are orange Language was pink or purple But I only really feel strongly about the first two or three.

the problem with the games industry is that it makes money in a sustainable way by creating stuff that people want to pay for this is in contrast to how big capital would prefer to make money, by trying to scale fake numbers to infinity using gambler brained investors lured in by impossible claims
