For most of human history, we have acted as if we were separate from nature. As if forests, oceans, rivers, and wildlife existed solely for our use. But the truth is simple. We are not separate from nature. We are part of nature. We need nature. Without nature, humanity will not survive.
The planet isn't dying. It is being murdered. By greed, pollution, deforestation, plastic, oil, and endless consumption. We call it development, yet forests are vanishing. We call it progress, yet rivers are turning toxic. We call it business, yet the air is turning into poison.
