Heavy ICE activity in Chicagoland continued today (if recent trends hold, it's likely to continue for the foreseeable future). Rapid response reports and photos/videos shared online indicate detainments today in Chicago's heavily Latine Albany Park, Humboldt Park, Gage Park and Pilsen communities.

Outside the Will County courthouse in Joliet yesterday, onlookers also recorded an agent pushing one young observer to the ground, hard.
I got laid off. I take care of my mother, who is disabled from a brain injury from sepsis. I only have 7 days left of metformin and 8 days of levothyroxine. I do not have a thyroid, and I will start dying within days, slowly and painfully, without hormones. please help

It's been a brutal two weeks in Chicagoland with ICE pointing guns and tasers, multiple car crashes, violent arrests and a significant uptick in detainments overall. Feds continue to stalk courthouses across multiple counties. Today, agents were also seen at the rideshare lots at O'Hare.

Since it’s Friday… I’m not saying that you should be “afraid” of getting arrested. I’m saying that you should avoid arrest if possible.
