I was looking at some older portfolio stuff and noticed how much these two have changed since I started trying to develop them more. I also joke that Hudson gets taller and more buff every time I draw him but it’s kind of funny to see the comparison.

I've been passing on anything Disney has a hand in lately to avoid inadvertent financial support of slop. Spider-Man is a character that means so much to me. I hoped I was wrong. It broke my heart to see that I wasn't.

Gargoyles is such a fantastic example of the fact that you don't just have to keep recycling old IP if you want to build an audience. This cartoon emerged feeling so fully-formed and so confident in its storytelling that it remains a strong influence on fantasy animation to this day.
