My debut GN: “Camp Prodigy” Fall 2027: “There’s a Monster in Nocturne Grove” (they/them) ∞ || I draw comics and occasionally storyboard/animate! || Webcomics: “Talent de Lune” and “just TERRIBLE” || Repped by Bailey Tamayo https://1010lilfoot.carrd.co/

Taking a moment to announce the piece I’m debuting at #SLICE this weekend: The Asteroid That Killed the Dinosaurs is a 22-page story comparing personal change and growth to… *checks notes* the K-Pg Extinction Event? This is both incredibly personal and self indulgent. I hope y’all enjoy!

Two ornithomimus skeletons facing each other in a pose reminiscent of the Lovers of Valaro. Caption: the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs, joey RoditisAn illustration across two panels of two parasaurolophus. One bends down to eat a fern, while the other turns its head to look at a large, flaming projectile going across the sky. A man sits behind a closed door with his head in his hands. There are taped up moving boxes around him. Four panels. 1: an adult woolly mammoth walks with its calf in a field. 2. A silhouette of a man running up a hill with a dog. 3. A man at a trade show, selling a book to an attendee. Both wear masks. 4. A giant ground sloth stands on two legs to eat a branch.

Coming up in just a few short days is what could be my last big event of the year–Zine Machine! Running from 11-5 this Sunday at the Durham Armory, Zine Machine is a fav of mine (even though I've only been once, haha)! It's got a fun atmosphere and lots of great zinesters. Drop by if you can!

A message for TDL fans! You readers have been very patient for–wow, over a year!! So I'm happy to say that the project keeping me busy will be wrapped up soon, and Talent de Lune will return!

We're nearing the last two events on the list (possibly, the last two of the year!). Up next is Charlotte BookPalooza, run by Books on the House, a nonprofit that gives out free books via their bookmobile.

I HAVE HEARD THE WORD... ORION, my second graphic novel with DC Comics, is out in bookshops & comic book stores EVERYWHERE! ☀️

The cover of the graphic novel ORION, which is the sequel to BARDA, by New York Times bestselling creator of Check, Please! Ngozi Ukazu. It's a yellow cover and white cover and in the center, wearing a red jacket, is ORION the titular character. He walks toward the viewer while putting on a silver helmet and has an intense focused expression. The title ORION is hand-written across his torso, and colored with a blue-teal gradient. Yellow and white Kirby dots appear around the edge of the cover and flow toward Orion.
