As a huge fan of Jack Kirby and the Fourth World Saga, Orion by @ngoziu.com is incredible much like her previous GN Barda. She understands the character of Orion so well and crafts a story that is worthy of the King himself. It’s beautiful and it made me cry.

Got my copy of Orion by @ngoziu.com It. is. SO. GOOD. The story is creative, the art is wonderful, and most of all it's written with love for the characters. 100% created by a true Fourth World fan. And so enjoyable that I read the whole thing straight through last night, couldn't put it down!!!

just finished @ngoziu.com 's new Orion graphic novel and just like Barda from a few years ago, it's absolutely great. she truly gets the Fourth World characters in a way no one has since Kirby. I hope @dc.com lets her do more of these

ORION (2026) is my latest comic and book #2 in @dc.com's Fourth World series for young readers! I'm starting a casual thread to talk about my ideas/the process that went into writing and drawing this project. 🌞

Three books laid out on a rug. They overlap each other. The first is an omnibus of New Gods by Jack Kirby with Orion on the cover in the heat of battle, the second is Old Gods & New by John Morrow which has a CMYK color palette and features a heroic figure stretching their arms, and third ORION by Ngozi Ukazu, a YA graphic novel which shows Orion walking toward the viewer taking off his helmet.

I HAVE HEARD THE WORD... ORION, my second graphic novel with DC Comics, is out in bookshops & comic book stores EVERYWHERE! ☀️

The cover of the graphic novel ORION, which is the sequel to BARDA, by New York Times bestselling creator of Check, Please! Ngozi Ukazu. It's a yellow cover and white cover and in the center, wearing a red jacket, is ORION the titular character. He walks toward the viewer while putting on a silver helmet and has an intense focused expression. The title ORION is hand-written across his torso, and colored with a blue-teal gradient. Yellow and white Kirby dots appear around the edge of the cover and flow toward Orion.
