my steam frame arrived yesterday and so far experience with linux (cachyos) has been really smooth, despite not being officially supported just yet. i am really hoping that when support is official we can access desktop through the headset like windows can, just makes everything smoother

⚠ Spoilers for some locations/features in Big Walk, without context. Wanted to make a little thing to commemorate the wonderful time I had playing Big Walk with the lovely @roomfor1more.bsky.social roomies! This is such a special game, I hope everyone gets a chance to play it and make memories. ❤

the "nothing works on linux" argument is so tiring cause not only is it not true but it's underselling the insane levels of support and effort people have put into the OS over the years to get things working

The gamechops thing is going to impact so many people. If you have the extra funds, consider buying from your favorite gamechops musician directly! I'm guessing many people will be dropping GC in their music streaming services. We should support the artists that are being hurt by this.
