The PISA results are out & sobering. While the OECD has seen declines on learning, there are some green shoots. Philippines 🇵🇭 Cambodia 🇰🇭 Zambia 🇿🇲 show large upticks - these countries have prioritized evidence-based reforms + implementation. Still a "distance to the frontier" but there is progress.
