Kasey Gifford@kaseygifford.bsky.social · 3mo agoKids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.
Not gonna lie, the fact that AI data centers are being cooled while Americans die in the street from heat stoke is really pissing me off.

The mascot horror genre has two glaring issues. 1. Most fans of the games don’t actually play the games. 2. We still need games featuring real mascots AKA sports furries.
At this point we need to start shaming execs that sell their studios off to die without sharing the check with the people that did the work. They’re pocketing millions while inevitably sacrificing their employees jobs.

Waaaay back in 2001, when I was just 14 years old, I was a wrestling superfan. And if you liked wrestling in that time, it was likely that you like the Rock, Dwayne Johnson. I wanted his fancy shirts, his sunglasses, the attitude. For a kid like me, he was awesome. 1/3
I want to note that the average citizen has no idea if someone is here illegally or not so "help report illegal aliens in your area" basically amounts to "call us if you see minorities in your neighborhood." It's racism, pure and simple.

I am blown away by the #HorrorGameAwards tonight. I met some wonderful people, got to present an important award, and had a very brief affair with a creepy lift that took me to the basement toilet and made me fear death every time. Absolutely amazing evening. Hope you invite me back, I loved this!
