Old (retired) and lives in the city of Saskatoon (YXE).

The ever carefull, always cautious, Dr Peter Millman, chief of Dominion observatory's astrophysics division said that "some sky discs not explained". Reported in Regina's Leader Post, 30 April 1952 at page 10. If he said this, he had data.

1952 April 30 at page 10. "SOME SKY DISCS NOT EXPLAINED Toronto, April 30 (CB) - Most reports of "flying saucers" can be explained - but there still remains "a concrete group of reports that are unexplained."
This is the cautious assessment by Dr. Peter Millman, chief of the Dominion obervatory's astrophysics division in Ottawa." He also said, "It is a mistake to ridicule anyone making a sincere report." In my opinion, the 1950s were quite repressive. These are bold statements for a person in authority.
