What provinces in China like Shanxi need is a #JETB a Just Energy Transition Brotherhood. China won't be able to achieve its Dual Carbon Targets without stronger coordination to mobilize support from richer cleaner provinces to poorer coal depending provinces.

By the end of 2024, Shandong led China’s carbon market with 133 million tons of emission sales, totaling 8.472B yuan.
