Suzu's back again in card form! +a new card to boot! This time I went for a uniform style in the templating; it was a fun challenge trying to make the card art pop past the classic black frame. I also tweaked Suzu's main card mechanic and flavor wise, as I felt it missed the mark a bit last time!
