To anyone who saw this in the Arena Announcements article today and is curious, I've had it confirmed to me that Contender drafts now use a separate player pool for matchmaking. It still shares a pool of players with Premier for the actual drafts, however.

It has now been officially confirmed by WOTC in the Pro Tour discord. When I thought I qualified for Arena Limited Championship I think it was fair to assume it was a draft event at least in some way resembling Arena Championship. In reality I just qualified for a LCQ on Arena.

Figured since this is likely to be the room I podcast from for a long time, it was time to do some serious sound proofing!

Anyone heading to SCGCON DC and have 3x Wistfulness and 1x Cori Mountain Monastery for trade/sale, please let me know. Have someone from our discord looking them and would love to help them out!
