I'm seriously starting to question the credibility of the FIFA Peace Prize.
The highlight of my Christmas has been seeing my kids have a great day, but finally beating my dad in chess is a close second.
I watched Train Dreams last night. It was beautiful, haunting, and heart wrenching. One of the best films I’ve seen in a long time. The soundtrack, by Bryce Dessner (of The National), was also phenomenal. Highly recommend.

This game has everything, and it’s only the 4th! Wild!
The jays on the basepaths has been something this series 🤦♂️
The voice of Franklin the Turtle did a great job with the Canadian anthem #bluejays
It’s easy to forget Ohtani is even in this game. He’s been a non-factor tonight.
I don’t miss Teoscar’s defense in right. Sheesh
Throw a house coat on Kershaw and he’s a dead ringer for the Big Lebowski
I hate losing. I hate losing more than I like winning, and walk off wins are the worst when it’s not us. Jays need to win this.
Ohtani out at second might be the biggest play of this game.
Love hearing Under Pressure by The War on Drugs after Bassitt shoves.
Jays need to walk Ohtani like they walked Judge. It’s silly to keep pitching to him, especially in a one-run game.
The rest of the world may be a dumpster fire but at least we have the Blue Jays
Ohtani was out, but there’s no way they were gonna let this game end with him picked off at first.
What We Do in the Shadows was such a great show and the perfect watch this time of year.
Never in doubt. This team is something else!
Can someone just throw the ball away like in the Dodgers/Phillies game and end this madness?
For a show based on exploring the universe, and strange new worlds, the crew of the Enterprise in Star Trek: TNG sure do end up in a lot of caves.
