It's happening. I'm trying out having the Steam page up before the demo is done. The game will have an updated version of Cognitive Reconquista's combat system, but the rest of the game is a nostalgia-horror point and click based on Spanish "tebeo" comics: store.steampowered.com/app/5127630/...

The (expanded) battle system and most basic stuff are already functioning, but I'm unsure of what do to with the story. It will probably have to be a different setting.
Made a small thing for the #GMTK2026 jam. The theme was "countdown", so I made a turn-based fight in which your stats go down every turn. It's not much, but it has a space knight: apehardware.itch.io/all-paramete...

ApeHardware@apehardware.bsky.social · last yr.Trying to get back at doing pre-rendered visuals so I don't have to rely on stock images for everything. This was done entirely with Blender (and some GIMP filters), no photo textures. Haven't touched this kind of style since my FNaF fangame era (...vietnam flashbacks...).
For whatever reason this sale didn't let people claim the games. I extended it a few hours and that seems to have fixed it, I guess the servers got possessed for Halloween.
