You do not need to have specific trauma to justify liking dark fiction. And if you *do* have related trauma, you do not owe that information to anyone on the god damn internet.

I think the fact people have to tell strangers that they were assaulted or put through similar trauma to justify liking a fictional character and to be left alone is really weird,, can you just leave people alone and let them like whoever they want.
