Whenever people do one of those projects where they assign a bunch of characters to tarot cards it always makes me want to do the same thing but with the divination system I actually use and vibe with. All of my favourite cheeses are either very young (burrata, buffalo mozzarella, fresh mozzarellas generally) or agèd (extra old cheddar, parmesan). For a younger cheddar I love an applewood smoked. I do also enjoy a good baked brie or camembert.
