it's already been done by the ban on T. shitty politicians and whatever don't want us in sports either, but they don't need to say it because the most common medication is already banned, and thus you don't need to think about excuses to ban transmascs. i'm repeating myself but just. Please Think.

i've been thinking about lrp quite a bit lately because i see so many people claim that sports only ban trans girls and women, that nobody cares to ban trans boys and men, and it's, like. testosterone is generally banned in most sports, you just don't need to specify that you're banning transmascs.

On the 109th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, Palestinians in Gaza say the suffering that began with Britain's 1917 endorsement of a Jewish national home in Palestine continues through generations of displacement, occupation and war.

"The beefed-up presence, which will be in place through the end of the year, would see members of the National Guard driving vehicles typically used by U.S. troops on battlefields like Iraq and Afghanistan on city streets to support law enforcement officers ..." Making the subtext text like a mug.

The injury of what the person harmed is actually experiencing. Asking them to face that they are the oppressor and contributor to that? A whole other moral injury they experience and immediately want to shut down.. "fix" (usually by bypassing it completely).

But really that strategy of "making up things" is just a description of how moral injury is leveraged in politics. (But if u understand the meaning of structural oppression u'll get that it's not oppressed just "exaggerating" or "making up" ) But actually groups with structural power downplaying.

It's telling when u look at how certain far right accounts talk about leftist and mutual aid and they're visualizations is often them just imagining this dynamic flipped with them as the victim of "sj virtue signaling" (to downplay the nature of structural oppression, false equivalency.)

"why wouldn't we have just avoided the Overturn in the first place? Because ppl who lack righteous political platforms supplement for that by inventing moral injury "to fix".

"She said, ‘Maybe when I’m older I will look this beautiful,’ and I’m like — ‘Oh my God, she’s so proud of how *beautiful* the picture of the person is.’ At that point, it wasn’t about being a nurse or imagining herself in this empowered role, as a person in the world."

This is what I keep saying; they're using dark pattern UI design to inflate the usage numbers. It's why the AI option becomes the first in any drop down list, the button ends up in the place that used to be a key function button in an app, opting out is 3 menus deep in 4 locations.

"Wiggle your cursor to activate Gemini" is so insane I stared at this ad for a solid minute. Like, there's no explanation for this beyond "we desperately need to pad activation stats", right? Wiggle the cursor to activate Gemini?! WIGGLE THE CURSOR?! THE THING I DO FIFTY TIMES A DAY?!

Googlebook ad
"Meet Googlebook, with Magic Pointer. Simply wiggle your cursor to activate Gemini."
