British Academy talk went well, and I made it home & into my Zoom chair just in time for my 9.30pm podcast interview with Vox
Busy day tomorrow. I’m giving a talk at British Academy in the afternoon, then a drinks reception, & then I’m racing back home from London to Bristol to be (hopefully!) just in time for a Vox.com podcast interview at 9.30pm. Trying to get some rest tonight to recover from Welcome Week.
That’s it. It’s done. I’m out. I am gay, and there’s nobody important in my life any more who doesn’t know. Even though Bluesky is a wasteland, it is *such* a relief to be able to say it out loud! I AM A LESBIAN, and I’m happy.
