This new job made me reconsider working for them, another one of their engineers left the day before they interviewed me. Recruiter stated they were a 'high stress' role but enough to lose 2 people back to back? Ehhh no thank you. Also mandatory nights/weekends work
Well I got the job but didn't like their offer, so I countered. That department left for the day so I'll know if they accept it tomorrow morning!
2 and a half hour interview. I fucking KILLED it. The IT L Director was impressed I knew more engineering than I let on, they actually want to have me do a more heavy engineering role, more money! I may have an offer as early as Tuesday!
Got an interview with an aerospace and avionics company tomorrow, they even got some major DoD contracts, been around forever. Biiiig pay raise in a field I haven't been in before. Super excited!
