I disliked a colleague because they microwaved fish in the breakroom. Lindsey Graham was one of the few people in a position to stop American Fascism, which he knew to be bad, but chose not to out of self-interest and cowardice and then successfully agitated for illegal wars which killed thousands.

I'd was his constituent, during that time before 2014 he seemed an honorable man, some may have reflected from John McCain. He could be bipartisan when that was becoming hard. Then came Trump.

As a sports biz guy I've wondered how much of the Knicks gear I am seeing everywhere in NYC is kindly put "outside the official licensing program." This was an unexpected run and we've heard for years how hard it is to get the underlying product out of slowed and now tariffed supply chains. (1/2)

There are sports- notably Judo- that is most definitely a sport and a martial art with a philosophic bent, that permits choke holds. But has rules around them, too. Judo and Taekwondo organizations stripped and suspend Putin's honors after his invasion of Ukraine.

It probably ain't so @timobrien.bsky.social. But the NFL's need and desire for new Mega-Stadia is leading to a possible re-suburbanization movement that matches that of the 1970s, because suburbs and exurbs have land and a zero sum desire to get a team and stadium is possibly real.

I’m probably taking out of my ass here but I think the Knicks run is extra meaningful because they play in Manhattan. No NY men’s team that plays in Manhattan has won a title since the 94 Rangers, man. That’s a longass time.
